Returns and Exchanges Policy

Returns and Exchanges for Online Orders from www.bgreaterthanu.com

  • BGreaterThanU.com will accept returns as long as merchandise is in salable condition (unworn, unwashed & with hangtags attached).
  • Returns within 30 days of delivery date will be refunded back to the original method of payment at full purchase price.
  • If a return is being made due to a service issue (received damaged merchandise, wrong item shipped), contact our Customer Service Team at info@bgreaterthanu.com for an alternate option.
  • If an exchange is requested, a new order will be placed for the new item. The exchange order will be charged to the method of payment used on the original order.
  • Contact info@bgreaterthanu.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

Online Gift Returns & Exchanges

  • Gift returns are not refunded back to the original method of payment so that the gift giver is not notified that you are exchanging or returning your gift.
  • If an exchange is requested, we will process your return and place an exchange order on your behalf. If necessary, we will contact you for additional payment information. (DO NOT include credit/debit card information on Return Form.)

Expected Timeframe

  • Returns and exchanges are processed in the order they are received.
  • Returns are processed within 30 business days after receipt.
  • Please allow a full billing cycle for credit to appear on your financial statement.
  • Exchange orders can be expected within 20 business days after receipt.
